uploading to Metro but not everyone can see meshes

With collada down and upload everything works well.

​With XML upload and download Darkstorm, or the Firestorm Pro...
​sometime i upload it an nothing happens.. but someone else comes and see the uploaded thing.
​or i uploaded it everthing is ok and some time later  some textures get white or some walls or the door of the house vanishes or is only visible with verticles if i click it but invisible in normal view.

what can i do... does someone else have this problem too ?
