I get the same error also. Has anyone comented as to why yet?
Check the name of the item, I've found if it has ODD characters that is when it messes up. Been playing with it learning how to use a bit this week.

A concern is that this viewer doesn't spoof the actual Firestorm Release number sets at all, and the provided spoof setting doesn't allow chr past 3 digits on release number, which requires 4 for Firestorm.
A reverse check on Firestorm instantly advises this OS not released.forum :)
As an avid Goonie it would be assuring this viewer is resonably safe to continue to get lots and lots of shares for the forum.
