I've been trying to copy a sculpt prim. As far as I know the way to do this is to grab it as xml. I can export the xml no problem, but both trying to import it back and trying to copy it directly in-world lead to an instant crash to desktop.
Anyone know if this a known issue, or if I am doing something wrong? I'm on Hydrastorm 6.3.8.

how long ago did you clear your cache? clear them all, also the one on your computer, %appdata% hydrastorm is in the folder Local
if the appdata is invisble on your computer then type in the search %appdata% it will lead you to that folder
then open folder local and find FirestormOS_x64

@zaraia.
Would it not be easier to simply copy the sculpt image uuid and copy that diectly onto a prim inword? It would save you upload costs.
(please note that new posts you make must be approved by a mod etc - is annoying)

I have the same problem as Zaraia. i'm using Hydra 6.4.23. I cleared cache as Lagertha suggested, but still nothing. it goes on crash immediately.
I probably do something wrong by my side.

i tryed also yesterday the export xml on a sculpt object, right away i import i had no any problem it build right away the object, there is a update from the viewer there are some bugs in it, but the xml is working,
you can also try inspect texture, then you will see also sculpt map save that back to your computer, and you can upload it to second life (10 linden)
or use the uuid number what D0gstar says

Thank you for the reply, but I tried clearing cache (both through the viewer and manually like you said) without success.

Thanks for the advice, I didn't realise you could do that! That worked.
