3D male uv mesh mapped body?

Hello everyone, does anybody have or know how to make a uv mapped mesh body to be able to paint on in 3D coat which uses the second life avatars maps?
I have a body but it's not usable for second life as the maps are not useable, they look like this

and I need them to look like this

in the textrue window. I'm no mesher, the whole thing makes me dizzy if I try to mess with it, so any help would be appreciated. Thankyou!
