Method if you don't know how to rig.

I'm not so expert but i know how to copybot heads. But once you have the file, for example a user uploaded a LeLUTKA Guy Head:

  all you need to is:
Build > Upload  > Mesh Model.  (.dae file)

Once upload, attach on chin.
