If the item is on your right hand after uploading, it is unrigged.
Just change the attachment position to pelvis or groin or where ever you want your cock,
(go to inventory, >locate object, > right click, choose Attach to> choose "forehead" XD ... no , seriously. wherever you want to put it. and adjust placement to suit.
You will still need a HUD to control said appendage.
