How to rip and read appliers for your skins etc

Sorry to bump this topic after 4 years, but it's still relevant today (good job on that).
There is a problem though, in that the tinypic URLs are expired and the images unavailable, and we don't have access to the notecard reader.

My account is activated and hasn't been suspended. I used the link you provided in your post. My guess is that after 4 years, your reader has been patched and you took down the download page.

If anyone could illuminate the solution or upload a version they downloaded while the page was up, I would be grateful.
