There are Legacy dev kits in the VIP section:
I have created a dirty rip of the Male, Pregnancy and perky from the demos.
(They do go through a lot of trouble to make it difficult for the bodies to be ripped, if any one does the same, you have to look inside the heart and scale up the body a 100 times or so, and scale down the neck like wise)
Here is a link including a blend file and several pregnancy shape wearables for those who are not VIP: It is by no means perfect!
