This is the Slink AvEnhance Female Flat feet
This item is mesh and rigged and contains all the files you need to directly upload into SL for quick enjoyment.
The .Blend file is also included so you can modify the foot to the size and location you want.

Funfact: The SL foot texture works for this as well so you can just drop your skin onto the foot if your skin isnt the standard skin colors
