i don't have a picture of it but i made a rigged mesh micro avatar it is a femboy shape am including the skin textures with it but it uses standard sl skin textures so feel free to use your own XD

small not when importing make sure to check both the box for include skin weights and for include joint positions if you don't it wont work right

also if you would like a different sex or just different style male one let me know XD
