hey gang,just wanted to know for real,is it possible to somehow copy/rip tattoos from the vendor? like when you go to a event/store and you have to right click then buy/pay and that contain box comes up showing you whats inside,im sure its possible to somehow get tthem without buying,?

The viewer can only rip things whose actual data (not just UUID) is "visible" by the viewer - so animations inworld, sounds inworld, rezzed objects, and so on. The only exception are assets - textures, animations and sounds - those just need UUID so the viewer can read their data.
If the vendor has a texture inside (which is very rare), then it "might" be possible. If the vendor has a bodypart, script or a box,  it is impossible (unless you are a linden and use llGodLikeRezObject function ^^). If you want to rip tattoos your options are:
1) Buy full version once, copy it and then you can have it for free for all your alts
2) Get demo of your tatoo (when possible), rip it and using photoshop remove watermarks from it
3) Go standard "fishing" - walk around and look for avatars with interesting tattoos and rip skins from them - their skin and tattoo will likely to be blended - so still some photoshop required unless you want to use their skin also
4) Make your rich friend buy it for themselves and then secretely rip it from them.
5) Make your own tattoo - usually it's not that hard actually - much easier than skins - look for tutorials how to make them :)

@slblunt, you can't take them out a vendor, 
- you can rip them from avatars
- you can take a copy when they are in you inventory
- you can buy a demo, sometimes they are not full with demo on it
  if so then you can custumize them with photoshop or another software

 yo thanks alot for this strong solid info,i'll test it out more IW and see whats up,and yea i'm used to just getting it first and copying it to have it full perm thr ripping off others though like you said most likey will show up blended,im sure i seen that before when ripping certain skins, @

 which would be the best software to remove watermarks,is that version of photoshop on here,?appreciate the info from both
