Tutorial for uploading xml mesh with hydrastorm viewer and meshconverter

Hey, I just need some help uploading this item i downloaded here:

I actually downloaded every similar piece of "content" that store (that has since shut down) has to offer, but I'm having trouble finding a guide that will show me how to use meshconverter and hydrastorm. I believe i need to use meshconverter to make a .dae file out of the xml and then upload it to SL, but there are several types of file extensions in the content i downloaded. Below are some examples of what the files look like:

@hwarren101 you can't, becourse most scripts are no transfer
