Please can you explain something to me:
I can not find an upload button. Yes i read the Rules but i can not find anything how to upload my items on this forum. Please simple explain how to do that. I read the Rules and the How to upload but i can not find anything that let me upload.

@LittleLela dont ask everytime in another his thread that you cant find the upload button,
i split and moved this one, and delete the other one, 
you didnt read the rules, i dont see a agree in the rules forums
and step 6 is how posting on the forum
