<color option="#FF0000" style="color: #FF0000;"><b>This problem with hydra is becourse the new update from Firestorm, on the moment you install that new one Hydrastorm will not work anymore, there comes a end date from firestorm for sure then i must change too, but for now i still use Hydrastorm with any problem<br />
<br />
something what you can try:</b></color><br />
<b>Rename your settings file and will fix it, its reading a setting that doesnt exist in that version of firestorm, easiest way is to just rename folder then change back when done,<br />
folder at c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\firestormx64 rename to firestorm-old or similar then launch it when done change back<br />
<br />
This works with any firestorm version incompatibilities</b><br />

something new what you can try
regarding the Hydrastorm Viewer crashing after installing the new FS ver on the same machine, I ran into the same problem. After some investigation, I found the issue.
The file <systemHD>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Firestorm_x64\user_settings\key_bindings.xml gets changed with the new Firestorm version, older ones can't process it. Hydra and FS place their settings files into the same folder by default, the path mentioned above is the one on Win10. So if you install the new Firestorm, it overwrites the previous key_bindings.xml file and the next time you try to run Hydra, it crashes on startup.
Workaround: delete the key_bindings.xml file before you run Hydra, or rename it to maybe key_bindings.old
Both, Firestorm and Hydrastorm, will just create a new xml file if it is missing.
Hope this helps.

Hello to all
I use on my (WINDOWS 10) PC Firestorm V6.5.6.66221 and Hydra 6.4.23.64823
Until 15 August everything worked well, but after that date SL forced me to update Firestorm otherwise I could not logIn with Firestorm.
Unfortunately, the new Firestorm uses the same Hydra configuration directories and the new Firestorm damages the Hydra configurations.
After the start of Firestorm, Hydra crashes because the configurations are in a new incompatible format for Hydra.
Is it possible to change the Hydra, "C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Firestorm_x64" directory ??
Thank you
