Texture Permissions Help

<p> I am new here so please bare with me. I have a few textures that I have gotten from poses that I wish to place in to a organizer for easier selection for myself. The problem that I am facing is that the textures are NO TRANS. Is there any way possible I can change said permission to transfer so that the organizers will allow them without paying the reupload fees? there are so many textures this would literally cost a small fortune (SL fortune anyways) </p>

you can make a hud, with the uuid numbers, save back to your pc with the cb viewer, and then you have uuid numbers,
Don't send Buddy Requests with no reasons

I have all of the UUID numbers. The textures I own that im having issue with are (no mod) (no trans). due to the (NO TRANS); they will not allow them to be viewed in a texture organizer/viewer. I was wondering if there was a way to just change the permission or copy them in world without having to do an upload which cost 10L? If I am missing something please explain as I am new to this.

stand on the textures with propeties and give the rights it  needed, if you upload the texture, then you must give it all the right first before you can do something with it
Don't send Buddy Requests with no reasons
