No adjustments are required, just wear it.
It comes with 5 different levels of effect so you can choose the most appropriate one according to your taste, cloth or occasion.
Lower levels work better for casual occasions like standing, posing and walking, as well as in tighter clothes like corsets. Higher levels are recommended for dances and repetitive movements (like sex animations).
You can also just pick one of the intermediates if you don't want to manage them.
