[RESOLVED] Unscheduled Chat Support Maintenance

[Resolved 9:14 AM PDT, 21 June 2016] The unscheduled maintenance is complete.
[Posted 4:30 PM PDT, 21 June 2016] We are currently performing unscheduled maintenance on our live chat system. Live chat services for Premium and Concierge users will be be intermittent during this maintenance. We are currently investigating this issue. Please continue to check this blog for updates.
