Aw...I love that lil house...but , somehow, after the download, the files are damaged..I tried to fix in Blender..Poser..and failed, sighs...

@0drahpix there is nothing wrong with this dae files, i tryed it coast 83 linden to upload
or did  you try to import the xml file? 
that will not working on mesh buildings
