I just joined and read the rules but I am a little confused on the downloading situation. Does the downloads mean the links people provide in the forums? Also, how many downloads can you do a week? I have things in mind that I wish to learn but I'm unsure if it requires any downloading. I plan to look more into the forums. I'm trying to learn more about Blender and hope this place can help me somehow.

It means, if you download anything, please share with the community.
You click links, post, download items... But if you just do that without contributing to the community you will be suspended or banned.
