Sound - Zoef - 02-19-2023

Hi lovely ppl, just a question, is it possible to copy sound in SL?

RE: Sound - Bulvar530 - 02-19-2023

Not sure how anyone else does it, but I use Audacity.
I just play the sound in SL and record it on my computer.
Then upload to OS

RE: Sound - Saeki Amae - 02-19-2023

Yes it is. You can use sound explorer for it. Find the sound you are interested in, and click copy to inventory to get the sound in local inventory.
Then open your local inventory, right click on the sound you want to copy and click "reupload".
Or you can instead choose Save As option and save it to your disk in ogg format.

Sound explorer you get from Hydrastorm->Sound Explorer

@Zoef yes, you must open the file, then you see the options what you can do
@ Saeki Amae, better save it as wav

RE: Sound - Necrok - 02-19-2023

Depends on viewer, but in firestorm Network and Cache/Directories, then set cache folder, and mark the don't delete unpacked dsf after logoff. You need to rename the dsf foles to wav to play.Other viewers have similar settings I tihnk.Only works for ingame sounds that were uploaded, voice and streams you still gotta record.
