hello, excuse me I have been looking for a copy viewer on the web, I have tried two and the skins with letters do not work, could you tell me which viewer I should download please?

Yes, just the skin of the avatar appears with letters and body parts wrong, it's very strange, when I open the viewer it tells me that it doesn't recognize the graphic, it could be that. Thank you very much for the help
