how do i get uuid from other avatars? whenever I take an avatar and take the test they turn gray, Would you help me?

inspect textures, then you can save the textures what another avatar is wearing, but if its a bom you can't use the right away, as uuid number then it will be grey, when you upload 10 L$ the template then its working,
