Hello,
I was trying to share this skirt:

I followed the tutorial:Download as .xml/transfer it to .dae with MeshesSL/following the path and copying it/paste it to a folder. I also imported it to blender and exported it, just in case.
When I upload the file to second life it looks ok, but it is not rigged and has no weights at all.
I tried the same with hair. It didn`t have physics and scripts after upload.
Question: Is there a way to copy wearables with all scripts, weights, physics, and that it`s rigged?
Yes or no?

your topic say problems to share wearables, your question isnt the same
when you upload it then you must add the skin weight if you dont do that it will be not wearable
