I'm very lost and i was wondering how do i get good skins and put in an applier

a bom skin you can wear normal you dont need to have a applier, wear the skin with the skin layer what you have in your folder
bom skin works the same as a normal skin on a applier
so if you have a bom skin, then you need the uuid numbers, from upper and lower body, and the kit for your mesh body,
the head is another applier, catwa works with head templates, not with uuid numbers, but for that one you need also a applier kit, they are free in the store
