when you upload the dae file its full permisson, so you can delete the demo yourself, this works with everything what is a demo

animesh is just a move from something, add a script in it 
this is just a animal that dont need to be rigged, you dont need to wear it

Actually this it totally un true. Animesh is rigged with bone structures so that it can animate. Scripts do not make it move unless it has the bones connected to make it move.

Animesh allow independent objects to use rigged mesh and animations, just as you can today with mesh avatars.
This means that you can have wild animals, pets, vehicles, scenery features and other objects that play animations with a script like an Animation Overrider.

Animesh have to be rigged to play Animations like an avatar.
