Sound extraction
Seven sounds is pretty much the same as saving animations as you have the ability to save in both the inventory, through menu, and through an explorer

There's not much to really teach here so I'll just brush through it and tell you.

Method 1- inventory saving
If you already have the sound file inside of your inventory you can simply right click on it and select save as and save it to your hard drive

By default it will save in the OGG format
Due to the code change we're no longer able to save in the WAV format

Method 2- Mass Saving/ Folder save if you have a number of sound files in your inventory you save them all to your computer at once instead of one at a time. Simply place all of your sounds inside of a folder then right click on the folder and select save as select the location then press okay
The folder will save to your computer and all of the exportable sound files will save with it in .OGG
Format.

Method 3- sound Explorer
If someone has a sound that you want or you hear a sound nearby that you would like to extract you can use the sound Explorer and save the files there simply go to the top of your menu and select world then sound Explorer

The sound explorer will have a number of boxes for you to check
Please check boxes act as filters so you can find the sound you're looking for.

The boxes are
Avatars: Which will filter sounds coming from avatars

Objects:
This will show sounds coming from objects

Default Collision sounds:
These are the sounds that come from collision sounds
For example the classic thud sound when you land
Or someone has a script with a Custom Collision sound it should pick up on that as well

Repeated asset: These are sounds that people have on Loop such as Birds waves bugs anything with the llLoopSound script will show up with this filter.

Pause log: I'm not sure what this one does play on your own with this one

Once you have the sound that you want you have a number of options when it comes to saving it
First is the copy uuid
This button will allow you to copy that sounds uuid and use it inside of scripts without having to re-upload the sound
The other is the copy to inventory or CpToInv
Which will save the sound to the #sounds folder inside your local inventory
Because it is your local inventory that means that the file is temporary you will have to save it before you log off or else you'll lose the sound.

OGG sounds can be imported in normally either via the sound or the bulk upload and that's it for sounds.
