Is it true if you perform a sim reroll after leaving nocopy items on the ground, when sim backs up you will have same items on the floor and inventory? someone knows the correct way to do it?

Not true the items will be returned to you inventory and gone from the sim.

Gacha Bottery? As far as I know, there's nothing that does that. You can't duplicate nocopy items, as the system will always return them to you. And if it cant, it will just destroy them or leave them there.
