As far as I know there is no direct way of tracking someone, but, always check their groups and picks, most people will leave trails of where they like to go, what they like to do and wear, and now many places closing in world locations, much easier to guess likely locations the person may go.
Plus you can use online huds too, so you know whe they on and at what times, narrow down time for sim hopping to try find them.

there is no hud for that, there is only a option that someone gives you the map, then you can see were he/she is, if you will stalk someone, then look in the groups or profile pictures what they like to do, but its alot of work to find that out
