(Vivid Living) New Port Beach House - Rose Seraphin - 01-25-2016 Here's a nice two story house I picked up many years ago. Pre-mesh, so the furniture is heavy on sculpties, but it was nicely done. 30 x 30 footprint 280 Prims Unfurnished 790 Prims Furnished [attachment=3895] Included in the download is an iar for those using Open Sim of my finished, assembled, re-scripted (probably horribly as I'm not a scripter, but it functions mostly like the original) and packed into a handy Builder's Buddy box. Also included is a box with the poses, textures, sculpt maps, and sounds that imported with the house. I did forget to adjust the poses in the beds, though anyone familiar with MLP will be able to do that quickly. Take care and have fun, Rose
