No. Unfortunately, the only scripts a viewer can extract is particles
Old Skool can get animated textures like moving water ones and fire things like that, but no viewer can extract no mod scripts :_:

I have a question. im new to second life so does this apply to clothing meshes too? can i extract clothes this way?? great tut btw!

if yo uuse this mehod on clothes you will get an unrigged version of your garment, If you wnatto extract rigged clothe splease watch Zero's tutorial on extracting rigged meshes found here
