Second Life Copybot

When i am importing xml, sometimes it works perfect and the item is automatically attached to its place.
But sometimes its attached to a hand or so and sometimes it stays where its imported.
What am i doing wrong?

I am new to this stuff, i read all the tutorials and practice a lot.
And i am happy thats not my fault ^^
