364 prims unfurnished (the extra 16 prims vs the ad is the fireplace)
1135 prims completely furnished and decorated (I'd rez this one at a sandbox and take what you want - good furniture)
Just add some door scripts and you have a nice house. Seabright2 and Cape Point houses to follow.
