Second Life Copybot

Does anyone know how use Blender creat SL hair?
i am learning create hair,i really wanna make hair but i got a lot pressure on this part,i already try watch many youtube but no one make tutorial about hair,i hope anyone if you know please teach me if you willing,really thank you!
