I imported a shirt as .dae which worked well.
When I was adding the texture i noticed that its displaced, why?

you can't import dae files/clothing you must upload it,
but if the shirt has alpha in it
then you must do the alpha blend in the texture tab
You can use TexFix from Tools to apply textures.
