Second Life Copybot

Helloo

I was wondering if someone can help me out - every copybot viewer I am using is giving me this error:
Export failed unexpectedly. Please see the log for details

I tried Hyrda, Darkstorm and another they're all giving me that exact message

I am going through save as backup with hopes of acheiving an outcome of getting the prim object copied to my inventory as opposed to exporting it out into my computer.

Please help ^.^

second: you can't export a object to your inventory, not any viewer can do that
you must export a xml file, it comes on your pc, then open build tab and import the xml file back 
or if it is a mesh object, save as a dae file, then upload it back to second life,
