Second Life Copybot

Hello guys, I was wondering if its possible to extract a whole mesh avi (lelutka head, legacy body) just for personal use in renders? If so, i would appreciate any tutotorials. Also Im new to extracting stuff. How can I keep my account from getting banned if I do this?
