With the first picture: The boots
Your error is "Material is not a subset of reference model" - With shoes: Export the rigged mesh from blender as seperate shoes Left and righ and import to SL accordingls, and it will work.
When ever your come across this error, you can usually get around it buy seperating the object. even jeans, one leg at a time etc.

2nd and 3rd Pictures:

The armature is not facing the same direction as the mesh
Try using Blender 2.79
When you import the .DAE file make sure you check all the following items as marked in the image:

It is easier to Unrig and rig it again with avastar. Either way, I find simply importing a mesh and exporting it with 2.79 works better than 2.8x.
But with this model, just seperate left and right and you are good to go.
Good luck
Does anyone have same prob?:
I see nice clothes at an Ava and try to rip it with xml extraction.
Thats all  normal, but no texture saves in my folders.
With Darkstorm it was no problem.
Any solutions?
I use Hydra 6.3.8
How exactly do you perform an avatar XML extraction?
Is it exporting your avatar's shape from the edit shape menu?

No not my Avatar, only clothing that worn at my or another avatar.
Normally when I save  pants or jackets at .xml format, the textures saved at the folder too.
But with hydra it doesnt
