Well, evidently I have still goofed, because I can't seem to access anything in the "TOOLS" section, not even the hub page. Alas, the dismal fate that befalls every potato in the end.
I've tried scouring through the "Before Doing Anything Else" section, I've agreed to the rules, and I've made more than two posts, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why I can't get at the tools? As an amateur modelling hobbyist, things like Substance Painter would be quite useful in advancing my skills. Can anybody please let me know what I am forgetting to do, or am doing wrong?
