The tree house -The little Denmark- is born out the treehouse -Denmark- which was actually designed for a bigger plot size , but after so much request I made also this smaller version.

Prim count is 63 - 90 depending on use of elevator or climb rope , doors / curtains etc.

- The little Denmark - on its smallest supposed plot size from 1024 sqm.

* The tree house - The little Denmark - is designed for a square 32x32 meter plot (1024 sqm) or bigger, its footprint is 31.5 x 31.5 meters , its height ~ 45 meter from ground to top. The tree is big , so you will need those 32 x 32 meter . However you can grab a demo to check it out on your plot.
