Second Life Copybot

I was looking through the tutorial forums trying to figure out how I need to post the stuff I get into the forums.. There are a few ao's that I would like to post here but I'm not sure what the proper format of this is? I see that most threads have a "content hidden reply to post to view" on them, and
I wouldn't know how to set this up.. If someone could help me out with this, or point me to the correct tutorial that my blind eyes have missed that would be great xD
